Returns Policy

Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect all parcels in your order immediately for damage, defects or if you received the incorrect item. If damaged, defective or an incorrect item was received, please contact us within 3 days so we can make it right.

All other returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. In order for merchandise to be eligible for return it must be unworn, unwashed, unused and have original tags attached. You will also need proof of purchase or a receipt. All returns will be returned for store credit.

Once your return has been accepted, shipping return instructions will be given. All items will be shipped to 641 S. Sherman St Cortland, NE 68331

Items that are not eligible for returns: all FINAL SALE items, bralettes, bras, jewelry and hats/beanies. All other items will be considered for return/exchange. Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit or in-store gift card.

All returns must be received or postmarked within 21 days of original purchase date.

If items are returned appearing worn, with deodorant, makeup, pet hair, damaged or fragrances on them, they will not be accepted for return. You will be notified your return was not accepted and we will contact you to pay for them to be shipped back to you. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.  All orders over $100 will ship for free.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
