Return & Store Credit Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at jenny@juniperandjadeboutique.com. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note the following:
· Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
· We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
· Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
· All return items if approved will be in the form of store credit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom or personalized items; and personal care or beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item for store credit. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above, including being unworn or unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item. Store credit does not expire and may be applied toward a future purchase.
